My Promise to You - "Choosing the right home inspector can be a very difficult process. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires a lot of work and attention to detail. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. Therefore, I will inspect your home as if I was buying it myself and give you my very best effort. This I promise you !

In Hiring an Inspector it is always good to hire an inspector you feel comfortable with. I do understand how tight money can be when Buying or Selling a house (been there also). But try your best NOT to hire an inspector who has the lowest price possible, because an inspection is so important in the buying process and you want that inspector to adhere to highest standards in the professional inspection field. You want that inspector who will give you the knowledge, professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. You want that inspector to take the time it takes for a thorough inspection ( 1 to 1 1/2 hr per 1000 sq. ft. it takes under normal circumstances for a proper/thorough inspection). I will give you all of the above and more, this again I promise you. If you ever need referrals from past clients, I encourage you to ask.
